Privacy Policy
Batchora is built around on-device media processing and gives you control over what is selected, exported, shared, or deleted.
Overview
Batchora does not require an account. The app does not upload your photos, videos, filenames, batch projects, contact information, or device identifiers.
This policy explains the data Batchora accesses, where processing occurs, and how optional support contact and Apple services work.
Photos and videos
- Batchora requests Photos access so you can select media, read the selected originals, save processed copies, and optionally request deletion of originals.
- Photo and video compression, resizing, conversion, renaming, metadata changes, and ZIP creation happen locally on your device.
- Your media is not sent to Batchora servers.
- Batchora creates temporary processing files on your device. Temporary export files are removed when you leave the relevant results screen, and abandoned sessions are cleaned up when the app starts.
- Batchora never deletes originals automatically. Deletion is requested only after successful copies are saved, you choose the delete action, and you confirm Apple's separate system prompt.
Data stored on your device
- Batch project references, processing recipes, saved presets, and preferences are stored locally in the app's container.
- Daily free-usage counters for photo batches and video duration are stored locally using system preferences.
- Deleting a batch project inside Batchora removes Batchora's references and settings; it does not delete media from Apple Photos.
- Removing the app deletes data stored in the app's local container, subject to standard iOS behavior.
Contacting support
Batchora can open this support website or your email app when you choose a support option. The app does not send a support message automatically.
If you email support, we receive the email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it only to understand and respond to your request, protect the support channel from abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Do not include photos, videos, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.
Purchases and third-party services
- Batchora Pro purchases and subscription restoration are processed by Apple through StoreKit and your Apple Account. Batchora receives entitlement status but does not receive your full payment details.
- Batchora does not include third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs.
- Apple services used by Batchora, including Photos and StoreKit, are governed by Apple's applicable terms and privacy policy.
Your choices
- You can deny, limit, or revoke Photos access at any time in iPhone Settings.
- You decide whether to save or share processed outputs and whether to request deletion of originals.
- You can delete Batchora projects without affecting media in Photos.
- You can choose not to send in-app feedback.
- You can manage or cancel Batchora Pro subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Children's privacy
Batchora is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when Batchora's features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
